Demandbase Honored as a Best Workplace by Inc. and Best Workplace in the Bay Area™ by Fortune for 2024

The Company Makes the Fortune List for the Third Consecutive Year While Receiving Inc. Honor for First Time, Thanks to Employee Feedback

(SAN FRANCISCO – June 18, 2024) — Demandbase, the leader in AI-driven account-based go-to-market (GTM), today announces it has been honored as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces.  Earlier this month, the company was also named on the Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area list.

Inc.’s list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures. Meanwhile, this is Demandbase’s third time being named to Fortune’s prestigious list, which considers companies that are Great Place To Work Certified™, have at least 10 U.S. employees, and are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“We’re grateful to our incredible team, once again, for providing the feedback that got us onto these lists — and for making our company what it is,” says Gabe Rogol, Demandbase chief executive officer. “Our culture at Demandbase is built around our employees being our most important stakeholders, and we’ve invested a lot of time and resources into their professional success and personal fulfillment. This is great recognition of all of this and how far we’ve come.”

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

The Best Workplaces in the Bay Area list is also highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive employee outcomes regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier. To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area™ List, Great Place To Work collected more than 80,000 confidential survey responses from employees at eligible companies. Via the Trust Index™ Survey, employees shared honest feedback about their experience by responding to 60 statements about the employee experience and answering two open-ended questions. This year the company took the 22nd spot on the list, up from 63 last year.

Demandbase has become known for its emphasis on internal culture and team-based initiatives. The company recently hired experienced human resources leader Shanah Zamost as its chief people officer to take its already impressive employee programs to the next level.
