The following are guidelines for posting and sharing content at Demandbase

Content Moderation Guidelines

Demandbase strongly believes in maintaining the integrity of our services, as well as the manner in which they are used. Please follow these guidelines in order to help maintain the high levels of quality that we offer.

1. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards

  • Do not post or share content that is illegal or that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
  • Personal attacks, and the use of harassing or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited in and on Demandbase services, websites and forums.
  • Report any prohibited or offensive content that you see on Demandbase websites and forums. We will review your report and take appropriate action, including content removal and potential account suspension or termination.

2. Authorized Access Only

  • Demandbase services are intended for use by individuals authorized by their organizations. Users found to be accessing our services without authorization will be removed.
  • Please ensure that your account details are kept up to date.

3. Prohibition of Excessive Usage

  • Our services are designed to optimize and support our customers’ go-to-market strategies. Excessive usage that disrupts service functionality, or the use of bots or automated systems to interact with our services, is strictly prohibited. Users engaging in such activities may face account suspension or termination.

4. Relevance and Accuracy of Content

  • Ensure that all your contributions, whether data inputs, content uploads, or interactions, are relevant to the service you are using.
  • Misleading or inaccurate content can harm decision-making and business outcomes. We will remove content that does not meet these standards.

5. Usage Monitoring and Compliance

  • We continuously monitor our services to ensure their quality. This includes regular checks for illegal content, unauthorized access, excessive usage, and the deployment of bots.

6. Termination of Service

  • Demandbase reserves the right to terminate access to our services for users who violate these guidelines, engage in unauthorized access, or misuse any of our services in a way that negatively impacts our services.

Copyright Notices under the DMCA

If you are a copyright owner, or if you are authorized to act on a copyright owner’s behalf, please notify us of any alleged copyright infringement on or through our website or our services by providing our copyright agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner,
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,

Notices under the EU Digital Services Act

Please notify us of any specific items of information you find on our services, which you believe to be illegal content, by providing us with the following information on e-mail:
